Do I need to be home during the service?No, you don’t need to be home during our visit. As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform the service. If you have any specific instructions, you can leave them with us when you schedule your service.

How do you ensure my pets stay safe during the service?Our team is trained to be extremely careful when working around pets. We always make sure that gates are securely closed after we leave, and we take precautions to ensure that your pets remain safe and secure.

Do you offer any discounts or referral programs?Yes, we offer discounts for customers who sign up for long-term service plans. Additionally, we have a referral program where you can earn a discount on your service for each new customer you refer to us.

How do I get started with Woof?Getting started is easy! Simply click on our Services page and book the service that looks like it will work best for you. If you have additional questions either simply book a "One-time" service, or shoot us a text message and we will get right back with you!

Can I change or cancel my service plan?Absolutely! We understand that your needs may change, so we offer flexible service plans. You can change or cancel your service at any time with no penalties. Just give us a call or send us an email to make any adjustments.

How do I pay for your services?We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and online payments. You can choose to pay per service or set up recurring billing if you opt for a regular service plan. Easiest way to just sign up here on our site. Go to "Book Now".

What if I have more than one dog?No problem! We’re happy to accommodate homes with multiple dogs. Simply let us know when you schedule your service, and we can customize a plan that works for your situation.

What do you do with the dog waste after you collect it?We responsibly dispose of all collected waste using environmentally friendly methods. We ensure that waste is removed from your property and disposed of in a way that is safe for the environment.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather on my service day?In most cases, we will still perform the service, even in light rain. However, if the weather is severe or unsafe, we may need to reschedule. We will notify you in advance if a service needs to be rescheduled due to weather.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
